On July 15, 2009, some of the Pierre Theriot family left for a vacation to Ohio at Lacey's. On the way there, Pierre, Iva, Katie and Nan stopped at Loretta Lynn's Dude Ranch in Hurricane Mills, TN. We toured her gift shop, doll collection, the Butcher Holler home that she was raised in, a simulation of a coal mine and the first home of Loretta and Moony Lynn.
While there, Richard and Lacey, was given advice for the garden of veggies.
Also while there a boat ride on Lake Waynoka.
On Saturday, toured a small Amish community. Also visited Ripley, Oh. A home where slaves would swim across the Ohio River to be free. Then hidden in the home.
On Sunday, Mom, Katie, Lacey & I went to the off Broadway show, Mamma Mia. Awesome show.
