Theriots in New Orleans

On July 22, 2010, Van and Christa invited Brenda and I to New Orleans to spend some time with them. They were looking at hotels for their reunion next August. They invited Katie to join us for supper. We ate for 2 hours at Galatoire's. Appetizers were Shrimp Remoulade, Shrimp Cocktail, Crabmeat Maison and Foie Gras. Salads and Entrees followed by Desserts.

6)Desserts included Sweet potato cheesecake, bread pudding, chocolate nut sundae and cafe brulot. Tony our waiter is pouring the coffee into the flaming bowl of liquer mixed with clove, orange peel and other flavors. Some of us tried the coffee mix.

7, 8 & 9) Some of us changed to comfortable clothes to see the sights on Bourbon. We are pictured in front of Galatoires.

10, 11, 12 & 13) Walked along Bourbon to see the sights. Check out the bras hanging from the ceiling. See if you can find Brenda's bra. If you do, you win a prize.

After all that fun and eating, we were back at the hotel by 9:30. We are some party animals.
