On July 4th we celebrated at Uncle Shine and Aunt Anna. We had boiled crawfish, crab stew, and fried fish. Also an assortment of covered dishes and desserts. We had 3 kinds of homemade ice cream; vanilla, banana, and fig. The guys turned the crank for one of the ice cream makers. Volunteers sat on top to help make it easier to turn the crank. Attending were Howard & Johnell, Cheese & Anna, Pierre & Iva, Jackie & Sue, Sis & Sive, Eric & Linda, Chris & Nan, Jude & Andrew, Sue & Ricky, Shae, Haley, Hannah, Frankie & Mollie.
